Amped Sports Lab and Ice Complex is a one-stop facility for athletic skill development, training and treatment. We are a science-based facility that takes the most current research from the areas of exercise physiology, motor learning, injury rehabilitation and educational theory, and mixes it with the best knowledge and experience in the hockey, physiotherapy and fitness training worlds. This is the Amped way: we offer structured on-ice hockey programs for all ages of player in our Ice Complex, and in the Sports Lab we house a gym/skating treadmill/training facility that runs strength and conditioning programs for players, plus class offerings that will keep their parents fit, too. To deal with the injuries that result from an active life, we have our top of the line physiotherapists, trained in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, exercise science and movement-based treatments to analyze your problem and help you return to your sport as quickly as possible, with smart solutions.
