With the addition of our weight room, STRENGTH & HIIT classes, full change rooms and treatment rooms to our established barre, cycle and yoga offerings, our members can now Thrive in all areas of their lives in one space. Sarah and Jamie, our wife and husband duo, created Where I Thrive by turning their fitness studio into a place where their members’ whole body and mind can be nourished and transformed. They are grateful for this opportunity to continue to help their members reach their full potential in happy connected community.

Have you been talking up our classes to your friend circle? Have a colleague who’s curious about the hype? One of the perks of being a member of Where I Thrive is that you can bring a friend with you to class for FREE!

To sign up your friend for their first class, simply email the studio with your friend’s full name, email address, and class you plan on taking together. They can complete their registration at the studio before class starts.

Barre instructor, professional contemporary dancer, and a lover of movement in all its forms. 💙

Whether she's in the studio or on stage, Sarah brings grace, strength, and intention to every class. Powered by builder's tea (with lots of milk!) and a playlist that always includes Florence + The Machine. ☕️🎶

Her favourite reminder? “…from the unknown below the horizon of your understanding, lying deep inside yourself.” – David Whyte 🤍

Fun fact: she's a professional contemporary dancer (yes, that's a real job!) and definitely chooses sweet over salty. 🍬
