We’re excited to be offering Therapeutic Martial Arts sessions during our Wellness PD Days at Child in Mind.

This isn’t a typical camp.

It’s a structured, supportive day designed for kids who benefit from a little more intention, movement, and understanding in their environment.

Through therapeutic martial arts, kids will:
• Build real confidence through achievable challenges
• Learn how to regulate big feelings and reset when overwhelmed
• Develop focus, body awareness, and self-control
• Experience success in a way that feels good and lasting

Our approach meets each child where they’re at.
Clear expectations, calm coaching, and hands-on learning help kids feel more capable, more in control, and more confident in themselves.
