🛶🍂And that’s a wrap!

This weekend our paddling members volunteered their time to bring all of our kayaks and canoes out of the water for cleaning and winter storage!

It has been a great season meeting new friends and getting out on the Ottawa River. Thank you to all of our members who make ONEC Paddling such a friendly and welcoming place to be!

With the fall season and cooler temperatures upon us, the water temperatures are dropping as well. Please make sure to take appropriate measures in your dress and go out on the water with a buddy if you can!

The most ONEC crews at Head of the Rideau in many years....

Thank you for the huge and loud cheering squad that came to cheer us on. It meant a lot and helped spur us on. You were also a great pit crew for launches, landings and trailering.

What a beautiful morning for the annual Petrie Island Relay last Saturday....How it works - Two quads row down the river to Petrie Island. Crews switch out and the two quads row back up river back to the Riverhouse. The photos say it all....fantastic scenery and happy rowers.
