Shout out to my main homie Big Z and my online client for dropping 30LBS in 3 months following our system. πŸ’ͺ🏼

Big Z wanted to go with an aggressive cut to start the new year off right. 😀

What we did ⬇️

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ 4-5 resistance training sessions a week
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ cardio everyday (mostly walking)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ calorie deficit with high protein meals
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ consistent efforts to be 1% better each day

To become a better version of yourself you must erase parts of the old you. Change takes sacrifice; but look how happy this mo********er is now. πŸ’ͺ🏼
