🌟 Today, I’m celebrating milestones, memories, and magic that this rollercoaster ride of entrepreneurship has brought into my life.

📣The TRUTH about paying close attention your health and wellness is this…

🚨If you don’t take care of your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, everything else will suffer.🚨

Yep, I said it.

I am pretty passionate about the importance of ensuring that we prioritize our health and well-being.

It’s literally the foundation of living a happy and fulfilling life.

I have seen firsthand the downward spiral when we ignore the signs. When we ignore the gut-feeling that something doesn’t feel right.

I have supported women through the storm.

I have also hit my own rock bottom.

It’s a hole so deep that it can feel impossible to get out of.

BUT! I promise you, the small steps makes it 1000% times better each day.

I know that life is hard and it’s easy to get lost in distractions and self-soothing.

But ultimately, you have to ask yourself whether or not you are OK with just surviving or if you are willing to do the one small thing TODAY that will set you forward to improving the most important and precious gift you have - YOUR LIFE 💕

I’m gonna call this what it is…

RESISTANT COMFORT 😳

‼️Someone who is aware of the need for change, but they are hesitant to step out of their comfort zones to make it happen.

You might feel a sense of safety or familiarity in your current situation, even though you recognize a change is necessary for growth and improvement.

Here is how you probably feel…

“OMG!! It’s scary!”

Yup! But fear can be a good thing too.

Here’s why:
Fear of the unknown - this can play a significant role in your reluctance to step out of your comfort zone.
This fear stems from the uncertainty that comes with change.

People often feel anxious about what the future holds when they consider making a change, especially if they are unsure of the outcomes. This fear can be paralyzing, causing you to resist taking action even when you know it could leave to positive growth and improvement in your life.

Here’s what I always say, though… You have to compare the benefits of taking that leap versus the consequence of staying where you are.

Okay... It's ⏰ time to get real about moving on...

Growth happens when we release the toxicity that impacts our lives... who we surround ourselves with, our daily habits, how we think, and how we react to the world around us.

It starts with AWARENESS: Recognize the toxic patterns in your life. This could be the relationships that you know do not support you the way you need to be supported, negative self-talk, destructive habits, or reactive behaviours.

Then we need to allow ACCEPTANCE to come in: Acknowledge that these patterns are harmful and no longer serve you. Understand that it's okay to let them go.

REPLACE with positive alternatives: Instead of focusing on what you're letting go of, shift your focus to positive habits, thoughts, and reactions you want to cultivate. For example, replace negative self-talk with affirmations or replace a destructive habit with a healthier one.

SEEK SUPPORT: Talk to a trusted friend, family, a coach or a therapist about your struggles. Sometimes, having someone to listen can help you process and let go of toxic patterns.

Set BOUNDARIES: Establish boundaries to protect yourself from situations or people that trigger these toxic patterns. This could involve limiting your exposure to certain environments or distancing yourself from negative influences.

Practice SELF-CARE: Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Engage in activities that nourish your soul and bring you joy.

FORGIVENESS: Forgive yourself for past behaviours or thoughts. Understand that everyone makes mistakes and it's part of the human experience.

CELEBRATE progress: Acknowledge and celebrate the progress you've made in letting go of toxic patterns. It's important to recognize your efforts and growth along the way.

PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE: Changing ingrained habits and thought patterns takes time. Be patient with yourself and stay committed to your journey of letting go and embracing positivity.
