Head Pong

Head Pong Head pong — a hybrid sport that combines ping pong and soccer but evolves into its own identity, leaving all others behind.

On Monday, April 23, 2010 (at least I think it was that day), history was made when the first ever game of “head pong” was played between myself (Farhan Devji) and Moin Virani in Ottawa, Ont. Moin and I, who had developed the sport over the course of the day at the infamous Billings Bridge apartment, will hereby be referred to as “the inventors.” The first female to play the young sport was Natash

a Rupani, while Karim Khamisa, Alykhan Gillani, and Raheem M***a also hit the court that evening. As they played a vital role in helping the inventors establish the rules, Karim and Alykhan will hereby be referred to as “the executive.” It should be noted that Hafiz Moledina and Sarah Tajani were also in attendance during the making of the game; however, they did not take part in the action.
