POOL & OPEN WATER MASTERS SWIM TRAINING IN BARBADOS

The Freestyle Experience Camp Barbados is designed for all levels of masters and open water swimmers and triathletes and takes place in sunny Barbados, at the National Aquatic Centre’s outdoor pool and in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean! This camp runs concurrent with the Barbados Open Water Festival (an incredible 5-day event) and we will

compliment our pool sessions by participating is this unique event and swimming in the open water up to 6 times! Your Coaches, both former Olympians, will guide through the paces of a typical national team-style camp, while considering your abilities and goals.

And that’s a wrap! Finished camp with a visit “up north” for a swim in the most beautiful pool, in a beautiful place, with a group of beautiful people. Feeling very thankful for another wonderful Freestyle “experience”.

Now for some more open water practice swims and races with the Barbados Open Water Festivsl this weekend!
