We've come to the end of another successful paintball season. Our Cx4 team from last year stepped it up by playing both Rt5 and Rxl on different teams. Compliments were flying about Josh and Tyler in their respective divisions. Josh played snake and showed why he's a player not to take lightly. Tyler was a superstar on the D side, intimidating players twice his age.
I was asked to take over the coaching duties for the MXL team, Niagara Rampage and Aaron was asked to join the team for an added weapon for their D side.
The team went undefeated all season and the NAX finals was more of the same, going undefeated throughout the weekend and taking the MXL title. The team is taking the next step and entering the CXBL Elite division for the 2016 season.
seeing our former young gun stealth players battling it out in all divisions was a humbling sight. One of our NAX games against Mississauga Hate saw three former stealth young guns playing against us... A proud moment for both Aaron and I.
I'd like to thank our players, family and friends for such a successful season. Carl Ethridge for making sure our team had everything they needed to succeed, including a gridded field and great shooting paint. Jon English for podding hundreds of pods at our practices and bringing his paintball knowledge to the team and his muscle when needed at events. Sheldon Carless for being a supportive owner and a great person. Levi Livingston for side line coaching the entire year. Julie Friedrich for picking up the pods and providing some comic relief during some intense games. Tyler and Brandon Maracle for making sure the field was gridded for our practices. Aaron Chatwell for agreeing to play and for killing everyone in front of him.
Thanks to all
