My first class back from leave will be SUNDAY, July 19 at Movati Barrhaven at 12:15 pm in the Vibe Studio.

This time off has been excruciating, not just because I was injured, but because a big part of my life was missing: YOU! Let's have some FUN!

I'm still on leave, but I refuse to miss the amazing Loretta Bates (yep, my Zumba girl crush) in Montreal this weekend!! Get your friends together and head over there for an empowering afternoon that is sure to make changes, and then come dancing to celebrate International Women's Day.
