One of my greatest privileges is helping clients remember their true, authentic selves when they're under stress.
It's been a busy morning at Rethinkery HQ.
Just past noon, I've already had three client sessions, each with different goals, ranging from managing relationships and priorities to regulating emotions during tough times.
We all have triggers that activate our best and worst behaviours under stress, and I don’t suggest ignoring or dismissing them, but I do have opportunities to help clients recognize early signs and develop strategies to reconnect with their authentic selves, enabling them to demonstrate those behaviours to their teams.
