Thinking about a triathlon this season, but not sure how to structure your training?

Our Virtual Olympic Distance Triathlon Program starts June 15.

This is a coached program built to give you clear direction across swim, bike, and run—without overcomplicating your week.

What your training will include:

1 swim session (pool or open water)
2 bike sessions (focused, not just volume)
3 runs (interval, brick, endurance)
Weekly live coaching call (Mondays at 7 PM)
Daily workouts with pace and heart rate guidance
Ongoing coach feedback on your sessions

You can follow the full Olympic-distance plan or scale it to a Sprint.

To join, you should be able to:

Swim 500m
Run 5K
Train consistently 5–6 days per week

We’re excited to welcome Coach Pierre Lafontaine to the pool.

Pierre brings a rare level of experience to our deck, having coached swimmers from Canada, the United States, Australia, and China to success on the Olympic stage. His reputation in high-performance swimming is built on results, but more importantly, on how those results are achieved.

His approach is straightforward: technique first, always. Build efficiency. Build precision. Then layer in the training required to compete at the highest level.

Beyond the accolades, what stands out is his ability to develop people, not just athletes. Pierre has spent decades mentoring swimmers and coaches, and that knowledge now becomes part of what we offer our community.
