Block B rehearsals on Saturdays starts Sept 26th.

Block C rehearsals on Friday starts Oct 16th.

Our performances are built through teamwork and efficiency. Six studio rehearsals, a dress rehearsal and a stage rehearsal brings us to a performance ready for an audience of family and friends. Congratulations to the dancers who performed in Dance in the Park yesterday afternoon. It was a magical day with beautiful weather and cheering audiences, made possible with the help of many volunteers! It was dreamy to see swans and sylphs around the park and the wind in the tutus!

Don’t miss our free outdoor dance performance. On a stage over a pond, there will be real birds and dancing birds, real water and a Blue Danube, real umbrellas and some parasols. A program of classical ballet repertoire and original works, showcasing amateur adult dancers.

Bring a lawn chair and a snack. There will be three representations.

You are invited to our outdoor free summer performance in Nepean on August 9th at the Andrew Haydon Bandshell!

A program featuring our Adult Ballet Dancers in nature and summer inspired pieces.

3 performances in one afternoon. Come by for a picnic, bring a chair, it’ll be a great family activity. Tutus, excerpts from Swan Lake, Giselle and Sleeping Beauty, plus more!

2025 in Review

New dancers, dancing on pointe for the first time, others returning to dance.

Socializing through community events like variations workshops, sewing workshops, Barre and Bar, costume crafting, and more!

A few dancers made their way to Halifax for an Adult Dance Intensive .

Many laughs with double stuffed Oreos, googley eyes on butts, so many uses of painter’s tape, and anything for new ways to look at turn out.

Preparing for a show during the Fall, learning, rehearsing, a packed dress rehearsal, a wonderful performance.
