What if your love of movement became something more?

This time next year, it could be you leading a reformer class armed with experience, knowledge and a passion for movement.

And it all starts with the right training.

Our Fall 2025 Instructor Training is your chance to transform your love of movement and personal reformer practice into the opportunity to help people move, live and feel better.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of Reformer Pilates and gain practical teaching skills, building confidence to adapt, cue, and lead clients safely and effectively.

Beyond the classroom, you’ll be supported every step of the way by a welcoming community of instructors and peers—from learning through to teaching—with ongoing access to classes and practice sessions that help you deepen your knowledge and refine your skills.

The Details:
✔️Investment: $4850 plus tax
✔️Includes all books and materials
✔️Access to 2x weekly Reformer classes + unlimited standby classes for four months

Dates:
Sept. 20th – Nov. 9th, 2025. Most Saturdays, 1–7 PM, and most Sundays, 3–7 PM

Introducing a tailored Pilates class designed specifically for individuals with neurological conditions. Led by Karen Murtagh, this empowering session focuses on safe, achievable movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our supportive environment encourages progress at your own pace.

Suitable for all levels, including if you walk with a gait aid, have challenges with standing balance, or have impairments in sensation or co-ordination. This space is for you.

Our Reformer Beginner & Intermediate Instructor Training kicks off this Spring, and here’s why it’s right for you:

Designed for those who have already completed their Mat Pilates training and anatomy education, this reformer training will analyze and practice reformer exercises through the lens of functional anatomy.

Explore the history of pilates and the classical repertoire while informing your practice and teaching with modern science, and the evolution of movement and movement patterns in the human body.

Welcome to Glebe Pilates, Yuliya!

For Yuliya, movement has always been about more than just exercise—it’s a way to build strength, energy, and connection. After becoming a lawyer, she realized her true passion was helping people feel good & healthy in their bodies, leading her to teach strength training, Pilates, and yoga.

She’s a certified Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor with Balanced Body and Power Pilates, a strength training coach, and a soon-to-be 200-hour certified yoga teacher with Elevate Yoga. Her teaching focuses on precise, intentional movement that challenges and supports clients at every level.

What Yuliya loves most is bringing people together through movement. Whether in a class or a casual conversation, she believes in creating a space where people feel strong, capable, and part of a community.

We’ve turned our old offices at Mat Lab Glebe into a studio filled with Pilates machines. Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, Reformer/Tower—it’s like a playground, but for adults who enjoy controlled movement and precision.
