Busting Out is Heading to France!

Long time Rideau dragon boaters and breast cancer survivors prepare to leave for France. The mayor came to Rideau to give the team a proper send-off before they paddle in the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission (IBCPC) Participatory Dragon Boat Festival. Good luck ladies 🩷
