Nationals is FREE for all spectators! Come down this weekend to the Ray Kinsella Arena at the RA Centre and show some awesome Ottawa-East support to our staff and students competing this weekend!

KIDS: 9:45-10:30
KARATE ADULTS: 12:00-12:45
FITNESS: 12:45-1:30

Sparring classes and black belt training will be running as per usual.
