Some workouts are just better together! 🍊
MarieEve has been part of our Barrhaven community for a few years, and this week she got to share the orange lights with someone pretty special. Her sister Marise was visiting from Calgary and got to join her under the orange lights!

There’s something about having your person beside you. You push a little harder, laugh a little more, and somehow the tough parts don’t feel quite as tough. Different cities. Same sister bond. And for one workout, the same studio!

Sisters who burn together, stay together. We think the sign says it perfectly. 😉

Community Week is coming to OTF Barrhaven! 🧡
August 24th-29th is all about celebrating the people who make this place what it is; our members and our community!

We’ve planned a full week of fun with daily themes, local business pop-ups, free samples, giveaways, BINGO, daily ballots and some pretty great prizes up for grabs!

And because we’re also celebrating 6 YEARS of OTF Barrhaven, we’ll be wrapping it all up with our Anniversary BBQ Party!

One of our favourite parts? Unlimited access all week long. Members, non-members, friends and family are all welcome, so if there’s someone you’ve been wanting to bring in, this is the week to do it.

Every class you take earns you a ballot, with even more ways to earn throughout the week — all leading up to our Grand Prize draws.
