A huge thank you to Charles Jourdain for once again visiting 100% Martial Arts & Fitness as part of our Masters Summit. Charles delivered an outstanding master class on striking, sharing the techniques, mindset, and professionalism that have made him one of Canada’s top UFC athletes. As a special bonus, he also demonstrated some of the favorite submissions that have helped earn him multiple Fight of the Night honors, giving our students an unforgettable learning experience.

We were also honored by a surprise visit from Fabio Holanda, a true mastermind of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of the key figures behind the success of so many fighters and practitioners. His knowledge, technical expertise, and passion for the art continue to inspire martial artists around the world.

Thank you both for your friendship, generosity, and for sharing your incredible knowledge with our martial arts family. We are grateful to have you as part of the Masters Summit experience. 👊🥋🔥

Huge congratulations to all those who were promoted to Black Belt in Kanzenbudo Jiu-Jitsu this weekend.

We couldn’t be prouder. From our youngest junior black belts to our 60-year-old masters, each of you performed brilliantly — demonstrating strength, honor, commitment, and conviction in everything you did.

This was truly a group effort. The house was packed, the energy was electric, and the standard was exceptional.
