January 2025 -> December 2025
The first photo was after 3 years of finding my groove and training much smarter, with an actual plan.
Pre kids I was 65kg and lean lean lean.
With my first, I was afraid of the changes. I was afraid of the weight gain. I was afraid I would not be able to handle the changes and would lose myself.
The biggest way forward was accepting and embracing the changes. And not trying to go back to what I was,
but to focus on building something new.
You can't go backwards.
For moms, you aren't the same person, especially when you have a brand new human being in your world. The same applies to any time life changes hit you.
But you can accept your new reality and work on building something new every day, one small change at a time.
