Open rounds now includes kickboxing sparring as well as Jiu-Jitsu for anyone interested! Come in and enjoy some light sparring to put into use what you've been learning in class!

Hey everyone, no regular classes today. Whatever I had turned into a throat infection and I need to rest for a couple of days on antibiotics. Sorry for the inconvenience and we'll be back at it as soon as I'm healthy. Thanks for the continued support and I can't wait to be back on the mats. There will be an open mat grappling session from 4:30 - 5:30 for those interested hosted by a couple of the guys.
