💥The first Sat of every month, Sifu Mark will be doing a special JKD workshop at 10am (first one is on Feb 3 at 10am)

The regular scheduled JKD class every Sat at 10am will be cancelled, except for these special workshops.

When being overwhelmed by someone's fury, it's important to cover up or, as we call it
"Holy s**t block" However, covering up without movement just makes you a punching bag. When overwhelmed, it's crucial to cover up while utilizing your footwork to get you into a better position in order to reset and counter.
