Shoutout to Coach Chevy and Kristen on qualifying for the CrossFit Semifinals.

Out of the thousands of athletes who take part in the CrossFit Open each year, only a small percentage advance to this stage, which makes this a pretty special accomplishment.

It’s been fun watching both of them take on the workouts over the past few weeks and see their performances stack up. Excited to see how they do in the next round.

And with race season right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better.

April is almost here. The new year is long behind us and now is the perfect time to check in on those goals you set. How far have you come? What’s next?

At Team Totality, our members work closely with their coaches on personal goals year round. And one thing we know for certain, is that having something real to work towards, a date, an event, a finish line changes everything. It’s what turns good intentions into real results.

We just wrapped up the CrossFit Open and the energy in this gym has been incredible. Now we’re setting our sights on what’s ahead. 👀

Three weeks.
Three workouts.
A lot of moments that mattered.

We watched first timers step onto the floor, long-time members hit personal records, and athletes surprise themselves with things they didn’t think were possible a few weeks ago.

That’s what the Open has always been about, showing up, pushing a little further than you thought you could, and doing it beside people who want to see you succeed.

To everyone who threw down during the 2026 Open, incredible work.

And a big congratulations to those from Team Totality who have officially qualified for the CrossFit Quarterfinals. We’ll be cheering you on as you take the next step.

The Open may be over, but the work continues. 💪

CrossFit Open 26.2

Another big day at the gym.

26.2 tested everything, legs, grip, lungs, and how well you could keep moving when things started to get uncomfortable.

But the best part of the Open isn’t the workout.

It’s the moments that happen during it.

First pull-ups.
First chest-to-bars.
Even a few first ring muscle-ups.

That’s what makes the Open different. For three weeks the whole gym shows up, throws down together, and finds out what they’re capable of.

And we’re not done yet.

We’re closing out the 2026 Open with Friday Night Lights for 26.3.

Just the whole community together, music up, lights on, and one last throwdown to finish the Open the right way.

If 26.2 was any indication…

Strong showing from the gym today for CrossFit Open Workout 26.2.

Overhead lunges, dumbbell snatches, pull-ups, chest-to-bars, muscle-ups, a workout that tested shoulders, grip, and composure. The kind of workout where pacing matters, transitions matter, and the last few reps come down to grit.

From the first heat to the last, the room was full of people pushing through hard rounds, cheering each other on, and finding a way to keep moving when things got uncomfortable.

That’s what the Open is about.

Showing up, putting in the work, and doing it alongside a solid crew.

On to the final week of the 2026 CrossFit Open!

Next week, Friday night lights!

Once a year, the gym feels a little different.

Suddenly reps matter more.
Depth gets questioned.
Coaches become judges.

And everyone discovers muscles, and competitiveness they forgot they had.

For three weeks, we test ourselves.
Physically, we’ll do the judging.
Mentally… that part is up to you.

Different goals. Different fitness levels. Same floor. Same support.

This is The Open.

It’s that time of year.

The CrossFit Open runs February 26 – March 16.
For three weeks, one workout is released each week. Affiliates around the world complete the same workout inside their own gyms.

It’s the largest annual fitness event in CrossFit.

What does that actually mean?

It means you get a clear, measurable test of your fitness.
It means you do the same workout as thousands of other athletes worldwide.
It means you find out what your current best effort looks like.

Everything is scalable. You don’t have to be elite. You just have to show up.

At Team Totality, we’ll be running the workouts together on:

Saturday, Feb 28 | 10:00–12:00pm
Saturday, March 7 | 10:00–12:00pm
Friday, March 13 | 5:30–7:30pm (Friday Night Lights)

Family Day.

All the pull-ups, push-ups, squats and sit-ups today.

Taking care of your health is one of the best things you can do for the people around you.

This morning we took on the Benchmark “Angie” with a bit of a twist:

On a 20:00 clock
100 Pull-Ups
100 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Squats

400 reps. One continuous effort.

Then from 20:00–27:00, we built to a 1RM Power Clean & Jerk.

Muscular Endurance first.
Strength second.
Support throughout.

Definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow.

When the forecast says snow but the schedule says go. ❄️🔥

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up and brought the heat today. Just a great Sunday session, consistent work, good vibes, and making the most of our time together before the week kicks in.

That’s what these winter days are about, putting in the work when it’s not easy and keeping the momentum going.

Now it’s officially relaxation mode: warm drink, cozy clothes, and letting the body recover ☕️

There’s always a lot of noise this time of year.
Big promises. Quick fixes. Fresh starts.

This isn’t that.

This is what training looks like when it’s treated as something you build, not something you rush.
When progress is measured over months instead of days.

When showing up matters more than doing everything perfectly.

Nothing about this is flashy.

There’s no shortcut, no reset button, no dramatic before-and-after moment.

Just consistent work, done with intention, over time.

And while that approach isn’t loud, it tends to last the longest.
