We love seeing your four-legged friends out enjoying our beautiful community parks and trails—it’s what makes our spaces so lively and fun!🦮

Just a quick reminder to help keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone:

-Please keep your dogs on a leash at all times while in parks and on trails!
-Don’t forget to clean up after your furry friend!
-Please respect our athletes and keep pets off sport/playing fields. Fields are for sports only!

These small actions go a long way in making sure everyone can enjoy our shared spaces comfortably.

The lineup just keeps getting better! 🔥 Up next Higher Ground!

Based out of the capital region of New Brunswick, Higher Ground is a dynamic, five-piece band that has become a premier staple of the local live music scene.

Known for their versatile sound and powerful vocal arrangements, the band seamlessly bridges the worlds of country, folk, blues, and classic rock, delivering a rich, full-bodied musical experience that resonates with audiences of all generations.

What truly sets Higher Ground apart is their multi-layered vocal harmonies and robust instrumental tapestry, driven by a powerhouse lineup:

🎵Debbie McCann🎵 anchors the performance on lead vocals, acoustic guitar, and original songwriting, delivering the expressive storytelling and steady rhythmic heartbeat of the band.

🎵George Melanson🎵 shares the spotlight on lead vocals and rich harmonies, while adding the lush, chiming resonance of the 12-string acoustic guitar.

🎵John Delaney🎵 serves as the lead guitarist, weaving in the brilliant melodic fills, expressive solos, and tasteful phrasing that give the band its electric edge.

🎵Conrad Levesque🎵 locks down the low end on bass guitar while adding crucial vocal harmonies that round out the band’s massive signature vocal blend.

🎵Tim Hogan🎵 , a talented drummer and celebrated Aboriginal artist, drives the rhythm section, holding down the backbeat with a steady, commanding groove that keeps audiences on their feet.

From intimate acoustic folk and gritty blues to driving classic rock and country storytelling, Higher Ground brings passion, professional musicianship, and an unforgettable vibe to every stage they turn up on.

You won’t want to miss this! See you on Wednesday, July 15 for an unforgettable evening with Higher Ground!🎤🎸
