He began preparations to create a club at CFB Borden, "Integrity Taekwondo", and joined the ITF-TAO organization under technical director, Mr Michael Morningstar, 5th Dan. Mr Morningstar travelled and worked extensively with the founder. Upon posting in 2015 to Ottawa, the club renamed as Borden Taekwondo and is now taught by former student, Mr Luc Blanchette, 3rd Dan (yes, the student has surpassed the 'master). In Ottawa, Mr Bos continued to train with Johnston's Taekwondo under Mr Johnston 6th Dan with the ITF-TAO. Getting ready again for 2nd Dan, he was posted after a year to Gagetown.
