The Cumberland Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) is a voluntary association established to promote and foster the development of the sport of amateur hockey within Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO). The Mandate of the CMHA is to provide a hockey environment suitable for the enjoyment of the players, coaches, managers, officials, parents and administrators.

Join us for our New Parent Meeting on Wednesday, August 26 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom.

This session is designed especially for U7 and U9 families, but all CMHA families are welcome. Whether you're new to hockey or just new to CMHA, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the season ahead.

CMHA is seeking a Registrar for a two-season contract opportunity covering the 2026/27 and 2027/28 hockey seasons.

Start Date: June 1, 2026

The Registrar plays a key role in managing player, team, and volunteer registration while ensuring compliance with Hockey Canada, HEO, and CMHA requirements.

Key qualifications include:
• Experience with the Hockey Canada Registry
• Knowledge of training and certification requirements for bench staff
• Availability during peak registration and startup periods

Responsibilities include:
• Managing player and team registrations
• Creating and maintaining official rosters
• Processing transfers and affiliations
• Tracking volunteer certifications and training requirements
• Coordinating registration reports, refunds, and reimbursements
• Supporting compliance with Hockey Canada and HEO governing documents

Compensation will reflect the successful candidate’s experience.

AGM Registration & Notice of Motions

The Cumberland Minor Hockey Association invites all members to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting. Whether you’re interested in volunteering or simply want to stay informed, your participation matters. This is your opportunity to have a voice in the future of our association!

Members must register via zoom by May 20th at noon in order to attend the in-person meeting and to be able to vote.
