Our Head Coach is Ben Sayah. I asked Ben about his coaching philosophy, this is what he told me: “I do love wrestling and sharing my knowledge with others who are interested in taking it up. I'd say an important thing with my view on wrestling training is to be open minded to all the methods people can use to improve. I don't believe in only one way of doing things. “
