Students, male and female, begin dancing at the age of three years, up to teens and adults. Bilingual classes are offered in beginner to advanced levels, and provide the opportunity for students to be active and to experience dance and its benefits. Classes are held in their state of the art facility that hosts three professional studios, complete with sprung, raised, Rosco dance floors. ADA provi

ADA also features a competitive team. This group of students have the opportunity to compete in dance competitions throughout North America, attend various dance workshops and receive the chance to work with talented guest teachers. Positions on this team are by audition only. ADA teachers are certified and eligible to enter students annually into dance examinations through the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D), and through the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (A.D.A.P.T).
