As we near the end of what has been a busy summer of teaching, we are shifting some energy to hiring a great Pilates instructor for our studio.

What makes you a GREAT instructor at Núcleo?

* You are certified by a reputable and established teacher training studio
* You did at least one hundred hours of apprentice teaching before completing your certification tests
* Since completing your certification, you have taught for at least one year
* You are certified to teach Pilates on the Mat and Reformer. Extra bonus if you have experience teaching on the Springwall (or a Tower) and/or Stability Chair
* You come prepared with a class plan and arrive early enough to set your class up
* You love teaching to small groups and feel confident in adapting to the bodies in front of you each time
* You can manage a reasonable amount of snow when getting to work
* You believe in the mutually beneficial approach to building your client following because you succeed when the studio succeeds

Communication is key… especially with your own body. 🔑

In any good relationship, you have to listen. Building a lifelong relationship with movement means learning to tune into what your body is actually asking for on any given day.

Some days, you wake up full of energy, ready to crush a fast-paced, sweaty PWR class. 💦

Other days, your nervous system is shot, and your body is begging for the controlled, grounding stretches of Mat Pilates.

Both are valid. Both are progress.

A healthy routine doesn't mean going 100% every single day. It means having the awareness to scale up or scale back.

We're beyond excited to welcome Sheri to the Núcleo instructor fam!

She’s a certified Mat Pilates Instructor, RYT‑500 Yoga Teacher and CanFitPro Fitness Instructor with advanced training in Barre, Meditation, and Breathwork (what a powerhouse 😍).

Sheri brings a grounded, mindful approach to movement and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals, so her classes will leave you feeling both supported and empowered! 💪🏻🩵

You can find her teaching Yogilates on Wednesdays at 8am starting August 5th, blending the best of Pilates and yoga for the perfect feel‑good midweek reset.

Movement with intention. ✨ There's nothing like the deep stretches the apparatus offers. In our Private Pilates sessions, we always carve out time to do the stretching that your body needs on that day.

Every controlled breath and deliberate stretch on the equipment supports goals of increasing mobility and building strength while deepening the mind-body connection.
