Your feet are pretty smart.
Every time you walk, run, jump or squat, they have a job to do.
They feel the ground, adjust to it, and help the rest of your body figure out what to do next.
But sometimes, one foot starts doing things a little differently.
And when that happens, your knees, hips or even your back might have to help out.
So instead of only looking at where something hurts, we like to ask:
“What is the whole body doing?”
Sometimes the smallest clues are hiding right under your feet. 🔍 👣
