Great news, members! We’ll be opening our doors again as of this coming Friday, July 16! 🎉

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. — 7 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. — 12 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED

We’ll be operating at 50% capacity and continuing to maintain ALL COVID-19 protocols to keep our community safe. Please note that the above hours of operation may change depending on member demand. As always, we’ll be sure to keep you posted!

With today's announcement regarding Stage 1 Reopening in Ontario, we're excited to share our new outdoor fun fitness classes!

Starting Monday, June 14, we'll be offering 1 hour cardio and weight training classes outside with a limit of ten people per class as per the provincial guidelines. Sessions will be held in both the morning and evening to suit member schedules.

〰️ Our equipment is thoroughly sanitized by staff after each use
〰️ We ask that all members arrive for their workouts via the front door and leave through the back exit

A little more about us and our current policies/procedures:
〰 We’re asking all clients to prebook their appointments to limit the number of people in the gym at any given time.
〰 With a maximum of 12 members at a time, there’s lots of space to maintain physical distance.
〰 We’re keeping things extremely sanitary with thorough cleaning hourly.
〰 We offer memberships based on a 3-month commitment with customized personal training plans for $190 (HST included) or memberships without customized personal training plans for $120 (HST included).
〰 We’re a local, family-owned and run business with years of experience in training and fitness and we LOVE to see our members succeed!

Heads up, members! Our hours are changing slightly — we’re still trying to navigate this “new normal” and what works best for you!
