Rep volleyball is now in Orangeville 🐻

We’re proud to announce that Orangeville Bears Volleyball Club has been officially approved as a member club of the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA), the governing body for competitive volleyball across the province.

The Bears aren’t starting from scratch. They’re built on a decade at Athlete Institute — 800+ players developed, 75+ tournaments hosted, 20+ seasons of youth volleyball leagues, and 9 courts on campus.

In September 2026, the Bears field 4 teams: 15U Boys, 15U Girls, 16U Girls, and 17U Girls.

The foundation was already here. The credential just got confirmed.

Open gyms run every Tuesday this summer, starting June 30th. Get on the court. Get seen. Tryouts follow in September.

July 10-12. Friday and Saturday pool play, Sunday championship day. Looking for teams across U10, U12, U13, U14 Boys and U12 Girls.

3 guaranteed games. Gold, silver, and bronze medals awarded. $750 per team, with discounts available for multi-team registration.

Sergey Grabovsky returns to Athlete Institute as Lead Instructor for our AIBV Beach Volleyball League and Lead Skills Coach for our Beach Volleyball Clinics. A former Canadian National Team player with 15+ years of volleyball experience and 5 seasons competing on the World Tour, Sergey coaches with a level of technical precision that only comes from competing at the highest level.
