Payment: Payments are to be made in full at the time of order. I do except email transfers or paypal. Once payment is confirmed order will be added to my sale orders and will be competed in sequence. Discounts: I do not offer discounts as my prices are reasonable. I take into consideration my time to create the design, the cost of the product and the supplies as well as the time to embroider the item. Shipping: I do offer shipping worldwide. Shipping prices vary on the size, weight, and location being delivered to. I do offer a flat rate regular letter mail shipping for $3.00 on smaller items such as onesies, bloomers, bibs, t-shirt, etc... For regular letter mail this does NOT include a tracking number, insurance, and there is no time frame gaurantee. I am also not resposible for damaged stolen or lost items once I have shipped them through regular letter mail. I do offer a shipping that is insurable, has a tracking number and a faster delivery time. Price for this shipping depends on the size weight and where the item is being delivered. All larger items are shipped this way. Time frames: Items are usually completed within 2-3 weeks from date of payment. Unless you are ordering an item that needs to be ordered from my supplier then the time frame is between 3-4 weeks. (duffel bags, minky pillow cases etc...) During holidays time frames may vary.
