Happy Monday Fitbody Training Athletes. Missed you yesterday, we were celebrating our Grandson Bennett's 5th BD - Happy Birthday Bennett ❀
I broke this workout down into 3 circuits today. But as usual, your space, your pace, your workout. Make it yours πŸ™‚
You will need a mat, Dubells and or Kettlebells and as usual, warmup and cooldown before and after every workout please. Grab your water and your mat, let's go! PM me if you have any questions. πŸ’ͺ
40minute Workout
Circuit #1
10 each KB switch swings or Alternate DB Sn**ch
10-12 Pushups (counter top, off knees or full-make them yours)
12-16 Glute focused Sumo Squats
2-3 sets
Circuit #2
10 Double KB or DB Suitcase squat to Clean and Press
10-12 Push Press (KB or DB go for doubles if you can and Punch it, make it yours, if you need to alternate go for it ! )
12 each Kick Stand RDL's or standard RDL's
2-3 sets
Circut #3
10 each way Standing or Kneeling KB or DB around the world (hips)
10 KB or DB Plank Pass throughs
10 Glute Bridge Pullovers
10 Wgted Bridge lifts
2-3 sets

Happy Wednesday Athletes, here's my Fitbody Training Workout:
Warmup 3 to 5min before beginning and as always "Your Space, Your Pace" Athletes !
Let's go:
Kettlebell or Dumbbell and a mat is all you will need for this one.
*You can break this workout into 2 circuits if you prefer #1 thu 3 for 3 to 4 sets then #4 thu 6 for 3 to 4 sets or play it as written, you do you !
I did 4 sets of 12 to 13 reps 1 thru 6 all together then I finished with my Abs finisher πŸ™‚
1. 10-12ea way KB Around the world (straight arms around the hips right then left)
2. 10-12ea Reverse Lunge pass throughs(pass wgt under the front leg)
3. 10-12ea Alt directions KB or DB Halo
4. 10-12ea Clean and Press (left then right side)
5. 10-12ea Gorilla Rows (left then right side or alternate, it's like a renegade row but in a squat positon)
6. 10-12 Goblet Squats
Abdominal Finisher 3 sets 10-12 reps each
1. Glute Bride KB/DB pullovers
2. Glute Bride alternate Single leg knee ins (march with KB or DB held over your chest)
3. Straight leg KD or DB pullovers
4. Russian twist
EXCELLENT workout Athletes don't forget your cooldown xx

3 Minute Warmup
Circuit 1
4Sets
20 KB Swings
12 Sumo Glute Focused single KB Squats
12ea R/L Kick Stand DL
12ea KB Clean and Press
Circuit 2
4 Sets
12 Crazy 8's Pass through (squat position, see photo)
12 KB Triceps OH press
12ea Cross Chop, KB to Knee drive
You're a Rock Star! Time to cool down πŸ™‚
