Happy Monday Fitbody Training Athletes. Missed you yesterday, we were celebrating our Grandson Bennett's 5th BD - Happy Birthday Bennett β€
I broke this workout down into 3 circuits today. But as usual, your space, your pace, your workout. Make it yours π
You will need a mat, Dubells and or Kettlebells and as usual, warmup and cooldown before and after every workout please. Grab your water and your mat, let's go! PM me if you have any questions. πͺ
40minute Workout
Circuit #1
10 each KB switch swings or Alternate DB Sn**ch
10-12 Pushups (counter top, off knees or full-make them yours)
12-16 Glute focused Sumo Squats
2-3 sets
Circuit #2
10 Double KB or DB Suitcase squat to Clean and Press
10-12 Push Press (KB or DB go for doubles if you can and Punch it, make it yours, if you need to alternate go for it ! )
12 each Kick Stand RDL's or standard RDL's
2-3 sets
Circut #3
10 each way Standing or Kneeling KB or DB around the world (hips)
10 KB or DB Plank Pass throughs
10 Glute Bridge Pullovers
10 Wgted Bridge lifts
2-3 sets
