Meet Danielle🖤
A lover of yoga, food, wine, coffee & adventure🌅
She is a gentle soul (with a cute smile), but don’t be fooled… her power flow is no joke. Her intention as a teacher is to encourage students to discover the very best versions of themselves, access their edge, and play. The goal of each class is to bring awareness and understanding to the body, mind and breath (and of course, to have fun)!
“I have been practicing yoga for almost 15 years. What started out as a workout and an opportunity to increase flexibility, soon became a love for the practice and the community that came with it.”
Her favourite yoga poses are crow, handstand and half pigeon. Off the mat you can find her at a local coffee shop, or off petting a doggo somewhere.
