Everyone needs a Sarah in their life! ♥️
If you’ve ever had the opportunity to train with Sarah, work alongside her, or even just cross paths with her around the studio, you know exactly what I mean.
Sarah has this warmth and energy about her that is impossible to miss. She genuinely makes people feel good. Her positivity is contagious, her smile is constant, and honestly, it’s pretty hard not to smile when you’re around her. She brings so much light into every room she walks into, and we’ve been so incredibly lucky to have that light at Strong Studio!
Today was Sarah’s last day with us as a trainer, and while we are definitely feeling ALL the emotions, we couldn’t be more proud or excited for what’s ahead! 🥹🥰
Sarah is heading off to pursue her next journey in med school, and although we are so sad to see her go, we know she is going to be absolutely incredible at whatever she puts her mind to.
Thank you, Sarah, for the time, energy, laughs, kindness, and genuine care you’ve poured into clients, the studio, and us (the team). You’ve truly left a piece of yourself here, and you’ll always have a place at Strong Studio 🤍
We’re going to miss you more than you know, but we are SO SO SO excited to watch you take on this next chapter.
