KIDS BJJ/JUDO CLASSES:
(age 7 & up)
*Monday & Wed 6pm-7pm

ADULTS JUDO CLASSES:
*Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-7:30pm

ADULT BJJ CLASSES:
*Mon & Wed 7pm-8:30pm
Thur 7:30pm-8:30pm
Sat 11am-12:30pm

**1st Degree Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
**2nd Degree Black belt in Kodokan Judo(started back in 1999)

-Won Gold in 2018 IBJJF World Masters Championship in

Las Vegas
-Won in 2020 IBJJF European Championship
-Won Gold in Ontario Championship in Judo at Black Belt division
-Won at every BJJ belt division in Ontario Masters Division
-Won Gold in BJJ Buffalo Classic
-Certified NCCP Level 2 Judo Coach

"Street clothes" Jiu Jitsu.....

We've always preached how effictive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is in a self defence situation.

Today we put it to the test wearing our every day clothes that we would typically wear to work, school, shopping or just out and about.

It was the most fun we've had in a ling time !!

We had a "Street clothes" Jiu Jitsu class !!!

It was the most fun we had in a very long time.

We were able to test our ability to defend ourselves, roll and have some fun wearing everyday clothes....

We'll definitely be doing this again in the future...

It will be a fun filled hour learning some self defence in an inclusive, fun, friendly and safe environment.
