We are saddened by the closing of our sister store Creature Comforts but want to ensure all of our clients that we are STILL OPEN AND OPERATING AS PER USUAL. We will be expanding into the front part of the building over the coming months to provide a larger, updated class room. Stay tuned!

It is with a heavy heart that we have closed our doors permanently. We cherish the times we have shared together and will forever be grateful for your patronage.

It has been our absolute pleasure to serve you and being a part of this community.

Schedulicity has been bought out by VAGARO. Feel free to check out the new booking site and sign up for P90X, Curles/Crunches, Knee Reset or Yoga! We will be posting the full class list shortly.
Don’t fret…. all information was transferred so your current passes will still work and you won’t lose any classes you had on your profile!

We are still looking for Willie in Onoway. She escaped the kennel when we were loading her into the car to transport her to her new home 😔 We have litter and water out for her and are searching the area behind the apartment, around the tracks and by the park in hopes she’ll turn up.
