Because being stationary and moving right now are two VERY different realities lol.

Shoutout to my husband for being the one that’s carrying me and this baby right now.

Working 50ish hours a week, helping me put my socks on, building us new & matching bedroom furniture, helping me tick any random task off our “pre baby list” no matter how ridiculous, taking a day off when I can’t function, listening to me talk about pregnancy and baby things 24/7, and not rushing me when I move slower than a snail even though he’s one of the most impatient dudes alive (if you know Jon, you know he likes to move quickly 😆.)

One of the most powerful things you can do is be your full, true, authentic self...

Trusting with every fibre of your being that you’ll trigger some people, activate others, and trust that both are happening exactly as they’re meant to.

Because the people who are meant for you won’t be drawn in by your perfection.

They’ll be drawn in by your permission.

Your permission to take up space.

To do it messy.

To go first.

To want what you want without explaining it, shrinking it, or making it easier for other people to digest.

The women who changed my life the most were never the most polished.

They were the most unapologetic.

Authenticity isn’t about being understood by everyone, but about no longer abandoning yourself to be understood. â€ïžâ€đŸ”„

And every time I’ve tried to make myself more palatable, more acceptable, more “for everyone”...

I moved further away from the people I was actually meant to serve.

The right people don’t find you because you’re universally liked.

They find you because you’re undeniably YOU.

One of the women inside my space dropped this in our chat this morning after working through The Evidence Project.

And THIS is why I created it.

Because so many freaking women think they have a motivation problem


Or a consistency or discipline problem.

But most of the time they literally already know what supports them and what they need.

The pattern is that they stop trusting themselves enough to follow through.

They start searching for another answer instead through another:

book
podcast
healing modality
thing that will finally make it click.

But real change starts when you stop collecting answers and start paying attention to the evidence that’s already in front of you.

Watching those dots connect in real time has been pretty freaking magical. đŸ™ŒđŸŒ

(Also if anyone has any advice that pulls less muscles while trying to convince a baby to vacate the premises, my DMs are open. 😂)

The answer to why your business isn’t growing or feels blocked can feel so fu***ng simple when you hear it back like this


But you can’t see your own blindspots.

So that “simple” problem you’re experiencing will keep showing up over and over, hiding in plain sight as a repeated pattern that you can’t see because you’ve been living it for so long.

This is the reason you get hung up 8-10k months.

Limiting beliefs cause your brain to create patterns and habits that support them.

So every time an opportunity comes up that’ll tip you over that 10k threshold
 you get sick, your dog gets sick, your family needs more from you, you drop your laptop and need to replace it


Because your brain subconsciously creates the reality of whatever is limiting you from getting over that threshold.

Whether it’s unworthiness from childhood

A lack of self-belief or self-trust from your teens

Or even a belief you heard over and over growing up that you don’t even realize your brain loops on repeat every time you’re about to make new progress.

The work I do with my clients in 1:1 sessions allows them to fully see these patterns, know exactly when and where they came from, and clear them for good.

It’ll actually bring incredible people into your life, more success and growth than you ever imagined possible for yourself, and dreams you wouldn’t even dare to dream before.
