For the month of June we will have a women’s only Jiu Jitsu class on Tuesday’s/Thursday’s from 5:15-6:15. No membership cost for June if a Gi (Bjj uniform) is purchased.
There will be NO women’s only class for July & August, we will have it on our schedule in September with Coach Terra. First class is tomorrow! We hope to see you there!

We had a women's self defence class on May 7. Thank you to all who joined, it was a good turnout and I think everyone had fun! We have had some interest in a women's only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, so for the month of June we will have a women's only Jiu Jitsu class on Tuesday's/Thursday's from 5:15-6:15. No membership cost for June if a Gi (Bjj uniform) is purchased. We are hoping that in June we will see some real interest so that when Coach Terra takes over teaching this class starting in September she will start off with a great group of women!
