It's Friday!!! Tuesdays group run was a success. One major take away was that I need to pick a location with a park so the kids can either run or play. With that said, next Tuesdays run will be at the elementary school so the kids can run/scooter/bike/play. Today's run (for those who are interested) will start at 7:45 p.m. and we'll meet at Frank Wong park. Friday runs won't be kid friendly as they are usually alittle longer than Tuesdays event. Message me if you are coming so I know to wait. Have a beautiful day, lovelies!!

Good evening everyone! I've been sitting on this idea for a while and now is the time to start taking it seriously. I love running and I have a passion for people. I want to create a safe environment for people of all ages to gather and run. Pace is irrelevant, what matters is getting out there and having some fun! Since we're still in the inception phase there will be some hiccups but let's get started! Here's my suggested schedule for group runs.
Tuesday evenings at 7
Friday evenings at 7:30
Sunday afternoons at 1
These are family friendly. Bring your kids on their scooters, bikes, skateboards, whatever. Let's encourage them to get out and groovin aswell.
I am available at other times and this is just an idea. Let's give it a shot!
