We are currently looking for a certified Personal Trainer to join the team at Bush Sports Performance Okotoks.

We're looking for someone with...

โšก๏ธ valid certification (Canfit, NASM, etc)
โšก๏ธ at least one year experience working as a trainer
โšก๏ธ availability at least 3x per week, either mornings (6am-9am) and/or evenings (after 4pm)

Mom time just got an upgrade ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿค

The signature Core & Floor class has been moved to for more room to move ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and space to play ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿป, plus weโ€™ve added a second baby friendly class on Fridays focused on strength training.

๐Ÿผ Core & Floor: designed to help postpartum moms rebuild core and pelvic floor strength while strengthening upper and lower body using light weights and resistance bands.

This class is the perfect introduction back into exercise after doctorโ€™s clearance postpartum.
