Our studio is cute but even more importantly, our schedule is effective and intentional (when you know how to work it)
Our black room classes are there to push the limits of muscle growth, strength and agility. For women especially, building muscle as we age is non-negotiable if we want to minimize risk of hormone imbalances into peri- and menopause, blood sugar regulation (for mood support & energy), and build a strong metabolism that supports thyroid function and healthy body composition.
Our pink room classes are there to bring the heat (literally) so that your joints move more fluidly, your muscles don’t tense up, and your core and pelvic floor remain strong through every life season.
If you’re an avid [black/pink] room goer right now but haven’t made the move to try out the other room, here’s your reminder that strong bodies and healthy women are built by doing both.
