Another amazing night at class! We had a lot of fun. We focussed on disarming, reflex drills, redirection of energy and more. We even did a fun little show and tell at the end about live blades (which is why im holding one for the picture). And no we do not train with live blades :)

We’ve been SO terrible an out posting this past number of weeks so here’s a little catch up! We are still working hard weekly and learning lots. This week G**o Travis taught solo and made some awesome headway. We’re very lucky to have the crew we have 🙏❤️⚔️ Much respect to all.
