Does the plank challenge really work?

Oo YES!! One small 2013 study of 20 participants found that core exercises that engaged the distal trunk muscle, such as planks, were most effective for activating and strengthening the abdominal muscles. They also were more effective than crunches for improving endurance, balance, and maintaining mobility.

My clients ask me always this question: 'what type of are you eating and how can you be fit?' Honestly, I do my workout 3 times every week. Other thing is meals. This is an example for dinner. A hand full potatoes, chicken breast, spinach, tomatoes and little olive oil. (salt and pepper for taste) it takes usually 5 to 10 min to put oven. After 45 min, you will have a delicious meal. You can share this with loved one. I always said that, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!
