āœ… Polyunsaturated: fatty fish like salmon, plant-based oils like safflower and grapeseed

Aim for 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight
(Example bw 195lbs = 175lbs with no fat so 175g of protein per day)

Complex Carbs

That’s right, I’ve switched to eating vegetarian! This is my fifth week since changing my diet and my results have been great! ⁣
⁣..Aside from the gas ...(sorry HaileyšŸ˜…) but in the second photo you can see how my body composition has changed over the last few weeks. ⁣
⁣
My muscle mass was stagnant and body fat kept going up.. not ideal šŸ™…šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø since changing I’ve now gained 2lbs of lean muscle mass and dropped 2% body fat. Yee-haw 🤠 ⁣
