To our valued OTF Okotoks members,
Our studio has been the home of countless milestones and we are proud to have delivered More Life to hundreds of members during our time serving our community. Unfortunately, through the past few years we have been unable to re-gain the traction needed to make our studio in Okotoks financially viable. With our franchise agreement up for renewal, our ownership has made the difficult decision to cease operations at OTF Okotoks as of November 10, 2025.
For our valued members, all billing will cease as of November 3rd, and all memberships will be cancelled effective November 10th. No action is required on your part. We will still be running classes until the end of day on November 9th, and all members are welcome to join us at the studio for unlimited classes until then.
We are excited to let you know that you can continue your fitness journey at any of our 6 Calgary area studios. For more details on transferring your membership, please refer to the communication that was sent through email to members, or contact the studio to learn more.
Finally, we would like to thank our members and staff who have made the Okotoks studio such an exceptional community. Our studio has been the home to so many incredible experiences over the past 9 years and we wish all of you continued success in the future of your fitness journey.
