Before I began the 21 Day Fix program most days I felt tired, lacked energy, I was not eating healthy, snacking constantly and had a lot of physical joint pain and discomfort. I worked long hours at my job and would come home, throw on sweats, make dinner and crash on the couch all evening watching tv and snacking until bedtime. I was suffering from a lot of neck and shoulder pain and having migra

ines on a weekly basis. This was a huge motivating factor for me to make a big change to my physical health and fitness. It really dawned on me that I really needed to make a change and needed to start looking after myself. I vowed to myself that 2015 was my year to look after me. Especially after having had a difficult time in 2014 health wise and going through surgery and a car accident. I new something needed to change and I was the only one that could do that. When I saw the results people were attaining with the 21 Day Fix program and they didn't have to join a gym or hire a trainer, I told myself I could do this! I could hardly wait to start once I ordered my 21 Day Fix Program. My initial challenge was keeping to the promise I made myself to work out and eating healthy each and every day however I stuck to it every day! Autumn motivated me to stay on track and to keep going. My Coach was always so supportive and encouraging and always ready to motivate me. When I started to see my body changing and my energy increasing after only a week, I was motivated to keep going and working my hardest at it. Even if that meant getting up at 4:45am to work out or at 11:30pm in order to get my work outs in. I kept to it and was 100% committed. After the 21 days I was blown away at my transformation. I no longer experience any migraines, the chronic painI had is gone, I have loads of energy and strength. I'm making healthy eating choices, working out and drinking more water than I ever have. I lost inches off my tummy and hips, my body fat dropped 8% and I gained much more muscle in just 21 days! I truly believe each of us has it in us to make positive health and lifestyle changes. I joined as a Coach after realizing how impactful this was on my own health and wellbeing and with the hopes of helping many others. In my day to day work as an RN I see so many people that are debilitated and unwell. Some of whom its a direct result of not looking after themselves or the disease processes they have been diagnosed with. I truly want to help people feel empowered to make healthy lifestyle choices and to look after themselves. I am such a believer in prevention and health promotion. Unfortunately not enough emphasis is put on this and it is not something that is taught enough or encouraged. I hope to help as many people as possible to see their potential and take a step forward in the right direction. Sometimes I see coaches cancel because they aren't "getting rich quick." I'm actually quite glad when that mentality leaves. Our intent has always been to serve: Help people achieve their goals, and from that, real wealth can be created. Coach Viresh Mistry reminded me of that with this incredible letter he shared from customer, Sherry Tice. It's not about building the biggest team of coaches. It's not about buying a new sports car. It's about this:

So yesterday I completed two of 22 Minute Hard Corps; Cardio 1 and Resistance 1. Not that amazing for most people, but this was in fact a huge accomplishment for me. You see, exactly one month ago I was feeling so exhausted that I struggled to just get out of bed every morning. I could barely make it through to lunch time without needing to lie down and rest. I couldn’t walk the dog; I was unable to do any activities with my kids. Even day trips close to home exhausted me. I was scared; at 44 years old, my body seemed to be failing me.

My Beachbody Coach Viresh Mistry reached out to me one day to check in and to give me some much needed motivation. And due to my frustration, I totally went off on him. I wouldn’t have blamed him for cutting me loose, but he didn’t. He stuck with me and kept giving me much needed support.
Finally after a visit to my doctor he thought about giving some medication but he wanted to wait for a month. He knows I hate taking any form of medication. But what on earth was I supposed to do for the next month? I couldn’t go on like this. Viresh strongly urged me to drink Shakeology. He advised me that it had helped many people he had worked with. Vireshalso connected me with another coach on his team, Tom Sawyer who is a nutritionist and Trainer. Tom gave me more great suggestions to help get me back on track. Learning to control my stress was one just one of them.
I had joined the Beachbody team about a year ago. But to be honest, I wasn’t a believer in this whole Shakeology is a Superfood thing. I thought it was a bunch of bunk and I did not take it seriously. But I had to do something and at this point I had a month to wait and nothing to lose. So following Viresh’ssuggestion, I started on a daily regime of Shakeology.
Slowly I noticed my energy levels returning. I could finally get through my day without napping. I started walking the dog again. Each morning we went on a 30 minute walk. One day I actually felt like working out, so I gave it a go. I started with one workout a week. And today I’ve worked my way up to a 30 minute walk and workout daily. I’ve learned to relax and I feel happy again. All of these changes in a month and with no thyroid medication. It was also given 100% approval by my Naturopath who by the way was highly impressed with its complete list of ingredients. He even recommended it to me to continue taking.

So yesterday, being able to complete two workouts was in fact a huge milestone for me. I am now a true believer… in Shakeology and in Beachbody. I wouldn’t be here without my amazing coach Viresh and his team. All I can say is Thank-you, for helping me get my life back.

Tomorrow I'm officially starting Beachbodys newest workout program called Country Heat! It is a cardio dance program paired with country music!! It is a 30 day program and all the workouts are 27-30 minutes long!! I tested it out tonight and it's a lot of fun! Let me know if you'd like to try it out or in finding out more information.
