Okotoks Track Pack

Okotoks Track Pack Geared towards young athletes looking to develop and improve all aspects of the running technique.

Each training session will start with a dynamic warm up so that every muscle is ready to go to work! Next we will move on to plyometric exercises, foot speed drills, balance work, core strengthening, sprint drills, team stations, and body mechanic evaluations. We will end each session with nutritional guidance, breath work and a short meditation to enhance the mind-body connection!
