I had a wonderful day at the Little Britches Rodeo in High River! Despite the rain, snow, and parade cancellation, I had an amazing time helping out throughout the day. I enjoyed assisting with Mutton Bustin’, Pig Scramble, Barrels, Poles and Buckle Presentation.

Congratulations to the new , Grace! I wish you all the best during your queening year.

The poppy — a symbol of the soldiers who fought for our freedom. Today, I was honoured to spend the morning attending the Remembrance Day ceremony in Okotoks.

Remembrance Day is also a time for me to remember my great-grandfather, who fought in the Second World War. Each year, I wear a poppy over my heart with pride — in memory of him and all the Canadians who bravely served our country.
