I hear you, I see you, I get you cause well I was you. I put it off for WAY longer than I should have because it just seemed too complicated. But...and if you've followed me for a while you know what I'm about to say....AUTOMATION has saved my business, my brain and my joy!

This realization changed my life, and it might change yours too! 🤯

You don't have to spend a bunch of time each week managing your invoices!!! WHAT?? I know - it's a wild thought!

I used to be the one who would forget to send an invoice or not know when invoicing needed to be done but not anymore because now I let automation handle it all!

Thanks to I don't have to worry about taking time to make sure all my invoices are up to date!

Ever wish you could stop sending manual emails for every new customer who signs up or buys something from you?

Yeah - me too, it's time-consuming and honestly emails got forgotten and that looks bad on your business.

Enter - automation! With and , I was able to automate all the emails! Now when someone purchases from me or signs up for my newsletter Zapier tells Active Campaign "hey send them a welcome email!"

Did a payment not process properly? "Hey, send them an email to let them know".

Did they have a common question? "Hey, send them the FAQs about this course".

Done, Done, Done - now I can focus on other parts of my business that need me 😀

🛑 Do not skip past this post!

I remember thinking to myself when I first started my business, "I don't need help, I can manage everything myself". Then my business began to grow and I continued to think..." it's okay I'll just work more hours to get everything done" and my business grew again and I thought "I really wish I had some help but I just don't think I can afford it".

We've all been there - you are burning the candle at both ends trying to do it all but not having the income to hire a team. It's stressful, it's defeating and it just plain sucks.

That's when I learned that automation can become my right-hand gal. I can set it up to help me complete the tasks that I just don't have the time to do anymore and you know what...now when my business grows again, I'm ready for it!

Are you manually sending follow-up emails? 🤔

How much time do you think you are spending sending follow-up emails that are very similar to many different people? Let me answer that for you...TOO MANY ⏰

Setting up an automation where it inputs the correct information and automatically sends when the trigger goes off is going to save you HOURS, DAYS, YEARS! It might take you an hour (at most) to set up the automation but then it's done...you don't have to worry about it and your clients/customers are getting the communication they need and deserve.

What's holding you back? Not sure how to set up an automation using ? No problem...I got you!

How can you strategically plan for your business if you don't have the correct data to reflect on? But Alexis, I don't have the time to sit and collect data from so many different sources and then organize it into a spreadsheet to present or review. Oh - I know, neither do I! But guess what...
